Woodlands and Sunshine are two areas of the District of North Vancouver located up the Arm from Deep Cove. Most of the homes are located on the waterside and have private docks for float planes and boats. There is a well paved road but some areas are not accessible by car and are only accessible by plane of by boat. As far as waterfront properties go the homes in Woodlands and Sunshine are very well prices in comparison to other parts of the North Shore of Vancouver. Woodlands and Sunshine are today in quaintness and quietness what Deep Cove was over forty years ago.
