He listened to our needs very attentively.  When we indicated that we were quite busy, he responded by pre-screening MLS listings for us. Rather than sending us pages and pages of listings, Russell, sent only those that had what we were looking for. He did such an excellent job of pre-screening homes for us that we made an offer on the very first place we viewed!

We explained to Russell that our situation was complex and that we might require a few extra days for the subject removal process. Again, Russell listened, and those few extra days that he negotiated into our offer were critical. They, quite literally, meant the difference between our offer failing and succeeding!
