Roche Point is a point of land that extends into the Burrard Inlet. This is the most southerly point of the North shore. Roche Point was mostly developed in the last ten years with many luxury condominiums and am apartment tower. There are single family residences in Roche point too. Nearby, there are two golf courses, the Seymour Golf and Country Club and a new course called Northlands Golf Course. There are no schools in Roche Point though there is an elementary schools and a high school nearby. One of the newer feature of Roche Point is the Parkgate Shopping Centre with 38 stores and services.
