Indian River is a recently developed area on the eastern side of Mount Seymour. It is a growing community and there are still thousands of acres of land which could be developed in the future, dependent on the District of North Vancouver’s development plans for the eastern Seymour Area. Indian River is a peaceful and quiet area with a mix of townhouses and single family homes. There is one elementary school (Dorothy Lynas Elementary). Some properties offer views of the remote and beautiful Indian Arm which is only accessible by boat or plane.
