CAPILANO HOUSES FOR SALE

The small enclave of Capilano was developed after the war so that servicemen could come home and buy affordable housing. These original houses were small single level bungalows or ranchers many of which have been expanded over the years. Capilano’s location provides easy access to the downtown core of Vancouver via the Lions Gate Bridge. Though Capilano does not host any schools per se the closest schools are in the neighbouring areas such as Capilano Highlands (Highlands Elementary) and Pemberton Heights (Capilano Elementary).
